Waste Manifesting and Shipping
HAMILTON DORWARD ENVIRONMENTAL has experience with manifesting and shipping of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. We can provide comprehensive services in manifest, land disposal restriction notification, and shipping paper preparation for all wastes in accordance with RCRA (state and federal) and DOT.
A requirement for any hazardous waste generator is determining whether or not you are a hazardous waste generator. HAMILTON DORWARD ENVIRONMENTAL has extensive experience evaluating facilities, their operations, and their chemical wastes helping businesses characterize that waste and make the determination.
From facility and property walk-throughs, hazardous materials inventories and safety data sheet review, and mechanical operations review, we can take on the burden of characterization and evaluate the needs for your business. We can then establish a management program for you to maintain your compliance and avert any regulatory violation if inspected by the state or federal agencies.
Once your waste characterizations are made, profiles must be established with treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDF) and hazardous waste transporters. We are well-versed in all aspects of shipping and disposal of hazardous waste.
